Yes, we are happy to work in cooperation with your Primary Care Physician. Please provide their contact information and we will do the rest.
Can Kovvy Health Fill My Prescription?
There are times we may ask questions pertaining to when you last had lab results, when you last seen your primary physician, etc in order to ensure your safety and well-being, and to ensure appropriate dosing of your medications are maintained.
We do not prescribe or refill controlled substances.
Some of the commonly requested medications that we are NOT able to fill include:
Narcotics for pain: Percocet (oxycodone), Morphine, Vicodin (hydrocodone), (Ultram) tramadol, Demerol (meperidine), Methadone, Dilaudid (hydromorphone), Haldol (haloperidol), Codeine
Sleep: Valium (diazepam), Lunesta (eszopiclone), Luminal (phenobarbital), Ambien (zolpidem), Codeine
Anxiety: Ativan (lorazepam), Xanax (alprazolam), Klonopin (clonazepam), Restoril (temazepam), Valium (diazepam), other benzodiazepines
ADD/ADHD: Adderall (amphetamine–), Ritalin (methylphenidate), Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), Concerta (methylphenidate), Focalin (dexmethylphenidate)
Weight Loss: Lomaira (phentermine), Belviq, Qsymia, Dosoxyn, Suprenza

What is Kovvy Health's Prescription Refill Policy?
All providers will use his or her medical judgment in order to determine whether to prescribe medication and for the duration to be allotted.
The prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice and convenience.
Can Kovvy Health Order My Routine Labs?
Is It Possible To Receive A Doctor's Note or Request Forms to be Filled Out?
Please discuss your need for a work/school note with your Kovvy Health provider at time of appointment for faster processing. Kovvy Health is not able to provide substantial documents such as FMLA formls, Disability forms, or Handicap/DMV card documents. These documents require face-to-face evaluation and/or a long-term evaluation period which is not a service currently offered through this platform.
